Joseph Garibyan Has Become A Partner!

We are pleased to announce that Joseph Garibyan has become a Partner! Joe joined SW&M as an Associate in 2017 after gaining several years of experience in a wide variety of banking matters while previously serving as General Counsel for a Los Angeles based commercial bank. He continued to excel in his role at SW&M and became a practice leader in the firm’s commercial lending, privacy and cybersecurity, and bankruptcy practice.

In addition, Joe is heavily involved with real estate matters, regulatory compliance, and litigation management. Joe is licensed to practice law in the state of California, and Washington. He will continue to practice in the areas of bankruptcy law, privacy and cybersecurity, commercial real estate and commercial and industrial lending, compliance, and litigation management.
