Nina Javan Has Joined Our Team!

Our team continues to grow! We are proud to announce Nina Javan has joined our firm!

Nina has joined SW&M as an Associate Attorney, and has nearly a decade of experience specializing in bankruptcy law. She has represented a variety of stakeholders and fiduciaries in Chapter 7, 9, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy cases, assignments for benefits of creditors, receiverships, and other insolvency-related matters. Nina also has a background in complex commercial and business litigation.

She has taught bankruptcy law at the law school level, and has been a featured speaker on various bankruptcy and insolvency topics for the Central District Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney Association, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Prior to joining SW&M, Nina was an Associate at a nationally recognized Los Angeles firm specializing in bankruptcy/insolvency and insolvency-related litigation.

Nina’s representation of the firm’s clients will primarily focus on bankruptcy law, litigation, commercial real estate, contract review, and regulatory compliance.
