About Faraz Amirani
Faraz Amirani is an Associate at SW&M with experience in Contract Review and Negotiations, Intellectual Property (IP) and Labor and Employment Law. Faraz drafts, reviews and negotiates a wide array of talent, fintech and other commercial agreements as well as HR policies and employee handbooks.
Faraz’s distinctive precision enables him to advise clients on a variety of technology transactions, IP licensing and employment matters. Additionally, Faraz works with clients on service marks, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets to prevent IP litigations and conflicts with competitors.
Outside of the office, Faraz can be found on the basketball court playing in multiple leagues or being outdoors with his Dachshund-Pekingese mix, Belle.
