About Neal Butala
Neal Butala is an Associate Attorney at SW&M. He has experience in finance law and focuses on Lending and Real Estate transactions, both commercial and residential.
Prior to joining the firm, Neal worked for a “Big Four” Bank in distressed asset management. There, he gained experience in real estate lending and complex work outs. This equipped him with a unique perspective on financial institutions where he developed a passion for research and problem solving.
Outside of the office, Neal enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He is known for his love of vegetarian food, especially Italian. You can find Neal traveling around Southern California trying new restaurants year-round.
