About Kendall Wilson
Kendall Wilson is a Senior Associate Attorney at SW&M, bringing over 15 years of diverse legal experience to the firm. Kendall’s practice is centered on representing credit unions in a wide range of legal matters, including labor and employment issues, regulatory compliance, vendor and contract management, and litigation. His in-depth knowledge and strategic approach make him an invaluable resource for clients.
Before joining the team, Kendall spent nearly a decade honing his skills as a commercial litigator and trial attorney, where he handled complex cases involving trade secrets, contract disputes, employment law, and professional liability. His background also includes serving as in-house counsel for two of the nation’s largest credit unions, where he gained firsthand experience navigating the unique challenges faced by these institutions. Kendall’s extensive experience and dedication to his clients ensure they receive the highest level of legal support.
Outside of the office, Kendall enjoys running, cycling, and spending time outdoors with his wife and kids. A devoted (and busy) father of eight, Kendall spends much of his time attending his artistically inclined children’s plays and concerts, and surprising his family with impromptu road trips.
